The 2023 vendor application will be open March 1 - April 21

Rules & Requirements

  • All items must be grown or created by the person selling them.
  • All items must be produced within 150 miles of Amarillo.
    • Exceptions may be made if no local vendor applications are received
  • All artwork must be the original work of the maker– conceived, designed and completed by the maker. No work from kits, copies of other artists’ work, or copyrighted materials will be allowed.​​
  • Resale of items is not permitted
  • Antiques and distributor products like Scentsy, Origami Owl, Thrive, Avon, etc. are not eligible for sale at the market.​

Application Information

Application Fee for POTENTIAL Vendors: $25
This is a non-refundable application fee for ALL potential vendors. Applications will not be reviewed until the application fee is paid.

Application Fee for RETURNING Vendors: $10

This is a non-refundable application fee for ALL approved returning vendors from the 2022 season.  This does NOT include those vendors who only came in for specialty market days. Applications will not be reviewed until the application fee is paid.​

Market Day Fees
Market day fees are calculated based on the type of vendor and space size. Please see the Vendor Handbook for more details.
